Winter Montage

Now that the summer season's behind us and the arrival of autumn is just around the corner its time for the Worlds Largest Garage Sale.
A whole Fun Filled week-end of Bargain Hunting, Picking, Bickering, Browsing, Bargaining and Family Fun plus THE FOOD!! -- ALL KINDS of FOOD!! -- What a Great Time!!
BUT...Not only is Warrensburg known for it's world famous Garage Sale it's also a great place to enjoy the beauty of the season and take advantage of all the town has to offer.  Enjoy a hike on one of our wooded trails, have a relaxing picnic in one of our parks or play golf on our beautiful golf courses.  Bring a fishing pole, rowboat, canoe or kayak and enjoy one of our crystal-clear, rivers, lakes or ponds.  Take a leisurely afternoon drive around the town, eat at one of our restaurants, stay overnight at one of our B&B’s or just come by to browse the local shops.
We’re located right off exit 23 of the Northway, less than an hour from Albany and only a few short minutes from Lake George, Brant Lake and other nearby attractions.
Here's an idea...If you'd rather not drive why not take the train?  The Saratoga & North Creek Railway will be running trains throughout the week-end with shuttle busses to and from Warrensburg and the Thurman Train Station.  It's a beautiful and relaxing ride along the Hudson River from Saratoga with station stops at Corinth, Hadley/Luzerne and Stony Creek. You can even choose to have breakfast or dinner on-board during your trip. Visit their website at www.SNCRR.com for further details and reservations.
